No-load Trial Running Check | Motor with no load, start the Inverter with keyboard or control terminal, check and confirm running state of the drive system: Motor: Running steadily, rotating normally, rotation direction correct, process of acceleration/deceleration normal, no abnormal vibration and noise, and no peculiar smell; Inverter: Operation panel displays data normally, fan running normally, relay actuating normally, no vibration and no peculiar smell. If there is something abnormal, stop and cut off the power supply to check immediately. | |||
Loaded Trial Running Check | Connect the load of drive system after successfully doing no-load check; Start the Inverter through the terminal or keyboard, add load gradually, and observe whether the system running normally with load; If there is something abnormal, stop and check immediately. | |||
